Summer Cooking Class with Chef Tom Bowles
KNIFE SKILLS
Strong culinary skills begin with strong knife skills. This class will teach you the basics of cutting herbs and vegetables. Meal preparation will be faster, easier and more enjoyable when you learn to slice, dice, julienne and chiffonade like a professional. The Roasted Clove will provide the cutting boards, but please bring your own chef's knife. Studens will prepare gazpacho soup, pico de gallo, guacamole and southwestern shrimp fajitas. (If you require a knife, or would simply like to purchase one, Forschner 10" chef knives will be available for $50 upon request. Please let us know if you would like a knife at the time you register so we can have one ready for your class time.)
Class size is limited and reservations must be made in advance. Lunch is included with the class. Class is $130 per person.
