Summer Cooking Classes with Chef Tom Bowles

SAUCES
The right sauce is everything! Chef Tom will introduce you to some basic principles when composing your own sauce. You will learn the ever elusive hollandaise sauce, bearnaise sauce, ,basil pesto, alfredo, puttanesca, minted pea and mango black bean salsa. Tom will grill steak, salmon and chicken to try out the different sauces. Lunch is included with the class. Class is $100 per person. Class size is limited. Reservations are required.
