Summer Cooking Class with Chef Tom Bowles

WILD MUSHROOMS
This class is completely dependent upon weather and the availability of the mushrooms on our mountains. The recipes we create will also depend on what we find in the forest. We will depart the Roasted Clove and drive to one of Tom's favorite mushroom areas, pick wild mushrooms and return to the restaurant to cook and eat. Please wear adequate clothing to hike the woods. Lunch is included with the class. Class is $300 per person. Class size is limited. Reservations are required.
