Fall is alive with color
The fall is alive with color on the mountains this year. There is a fresh layer of snow on top of Wheeler Peak and the daytime temperatures are very mild. What better way to spend the weekend than in the mountains, relaxing and enjoying the color? Lodgers have availability and are waiting for your call. All of them have special fall rates for the "leaf lookers."
While you are out enjoying the color, you can take the Enchanted Circle Challenge. This trip, bring the camera and snap you way around the Enchanted Circle and enter the contest for a chance at a seven-night stay in the Enchanted Circle. See the entire contest rules at www.EnchantedCircle.org.
With fall in the air, winter is not far away and the Angel Fire Resort is planning another great season of snow sports for the entire family. This year they are debutting the new cross country, snowshoeing and sledding areas at the Angel Fire Country Club. If you would prefer a change of pace from the downhill skiing and snowboarding, strap on a pair of snowshoes and explore the area or take the kids sledding. Then enjoy a great evening meal in the dinng room at the Angel Fire Country Club.
