More to do than you can imagine
It seems this summer is packed with things to do in and around Angel Fire! Every day we are adding new things to the calendar.
Over the Fourth of July week, there is not enough time to even attempt to attend all of the exciting and various events to celebrate the holiday. Once the holiday weekend is over, there is still something going on every week well into September. The chairlift is running seven days a week to give you great views of the area. The golfers are keeping the course busy at the Angel Fire Country Club and Golf Course and the fishermen are keeping New Mexico Fish and Wildlife busy stocking Eagle Nest Lake and area streams with trout.
Some of the big events throughout the summer include the 30th Annual Angel Fire ArtsFest, July 9 and 10; High Country Arts Festival in Eagle Nest is July 30 and 31. Angel Fire Garden Club will have their annual tour of Angel Fire gardens on July 23rd.
Angel Fire will celebrate our 25th Anniversary of incorporation as a Village during SummerFest, August 5-8, when we will also have a hot-air balloon rally, live music throughout the weekend and arts and crafts vendors. Music from Angel Fire will premier its 28th season of classical chamber music August 19 through September 4. August 20th is the Angel Fire Freeride Mountain Bike Festival at the Angel Fire Mountain Bike Park.
September 3rd and 4th, Angel Fire Parade of Homes will showcase some of the finest homes in the Moreno Valley by Angel Fire area contractors. Bikes, Blues and Brews will give us some great blues music throughout the Labor Day weekend.
Take a break and come up to the Enchanted Circle! Itís cool up here.
